The World's Current Most Expensive Dessert

Using Belgian chocolate, infused with a combination of peach, orange and whiskey to create a champagne jelly and almond sponge layered base, Chef Marc Guilbert then finished the £22,000 dessert with real gold leaf and handmade flowers with the cherry on top an eye-catching two carat diamond.
